What AC power not connected or AC voltage < 190 V means
The Dometic RM10 support page lists this fault as AC power not connected or AC voltage below 190 V and asks which operating mode is selected.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the selected operating mode and whether the RV is on gas, 12 V DC, or 230 V AC.
- Use only normal front-panel controls to select a different energy mode if one is available and safe.
- Call qualified service if the fault remains after normal power-source selection.
Service-only work
- AC supply, heater, wiring, and refrigerator control diagnosis are service-only.
