What E4 means

The RM3762/RM3962 operating instructions list E4 as DC voltage out of range, above or below the manual limit values.

Owner-safe checks

• Check the owner-visible coach battery monitor and charger state.
• Record whether the code appears while on shore power, generator power, or battery only.

Service-only work

• Battery charging, wiring, fuse, and refrigerator control voltage diagnosis should be handled by qualified RV electrical service.

Safety boundary

Do not open electrical compartments or test live circuits; document the DC state and arrange RV electrical service if the code persists.
