Norcold dc LO fault code — Refrigerator

Applies to: 1200 series

What dc LO means

The Norcold 1200 owner manual lists dc LO as: DC voltage to the refrigerator control panel is too low.

Owner-safe checks

  • Record the display wording and whether an audible alarm is present.
  • Turn the refrigerator off if cooling is interrupted or the fault repeats.
  • Keep food safety in mind and move perishables if needed.

Service-only work

  • Low DC voltage, converter, wiring, and voltage-drop diagnosis should be handled by qualified RV electrical service.

Safety boundary

Do not bypass high-temperature recall devices, refrigerator controls, LP components, or electrical circuits. Shut the refrigerator off and arrange qualified Norcold service for repeat or unsafe faults.
