What no AC means
The Norcold N10LX/NA10LX owner manual lists no AC as: AC voltage is not available to the refrigerator.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the exact display wording and whether an audible alarm is present.
- Turn the refrigerator off if cooling is interrupted or the fault repeats.
- Move perishables if temperature is unsafe.
Service-only work
- AC receptacle, circuit protection, generator, and refrigerator electrical diagnosis should be handled by qualified RV electrical or Norcold service.
Safety boundary
Do not hand-light, clean burner parts, adjust LP gas, bypass refrigerator controls, or open electrical compartments. Shut off LP if gas odor is present and arrange qualified Norcold service for unresolved faults.
