Norcold 10 fault code — Refrigerator
Applies to: N4000 touchscreen, N4104, N4141, N4150, N4104Axx, N4141Axx, N4150Axx
What 10 means
The official Norcold N4000 touchscreen owner manual lists code 10 as: The refrigerator does not work on 120V; check if 120V AC is available and try another power source.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the exact code, selected source, model, serial number, and whether the code repeats.
- Confirm normal RV shore or generator power is available using owner-visible indicators, then try another source.
- Move perishables if temperature is unsafe.
Service-only work
- AC supply, refrigerator heater, and control diagnosis should be handled by qualified RV electrical or Norcold service.
Safety boundary
Do not hand-light, clean flame parts, adjust LP gas, bypass refrigerator controls, or open electrical compartments. Shut off LP if gas odor is present and arrange qualified Norcold service for unresolved faults.
