The official Norcold N4000 touchscreen owner manual lists code 11 as: The refrigerator does not work in AUTO mode; check connected sources and try to run manually on a power source.

Owner-safe checks

• Record the exact code, selected source, model, serial number, and whether the code repeats.
• Try manual source selection using the normal control panel.
• Move perishables if temperature is unsafe.

Service-only work

• Source-selection, power, LP, and refrigerator-control diagnosis should be handled by qualified Norcold service.

Safety boundary

Do not hand-light, clean flame parts, adjust LP gas, bypass refrigerator controls, or open electrical compartments. Shut off LP if gas odor is present and arrange qualified Norcold service for unresolved faults.
