Norcold no AC fault code — Refrigerator

What no AC means
The official N64/N84 owner manual lists no AC as: AC voltage is unavailable to the refrigerator control panel and an audible alarm is also present.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the exact code and current power mode.
- Confirm the RV has shore power or generator power available using normal owner-visible controls.
- Move perishables if refrigerator temperature is unsafe.
Service-only work
- AC supply, outlet, fuse, generator, and refrigerator-control diagnosis should be handled by qualified service.
Safety boundary
Do not hand-light, clean flame parts, adjust LP gas, bypass refrigerator controls, or open electrical compartments. Shut off LP if gas odor is present and arrange qualified Norcold service for unresolved faults.
