Confirm your model

Codes are model-specific. Match the model number on the appliance data label to one of these before using the table:

Ground Control LCD 4-point, Ground Control LCD 6-point, Ground Control 5th Wheel 4 Point OneControl, Ground Control 5th Wheel 6 Point OneControl, Ground Control TT OneControl, 3K/3K TT leveling, 3K/5K TT leveling, 5K/5K TT leveling

Where to look and what to record

  • controller part number
  • touchpad LCD message
  • jack positions
  • battery voltage from installed monitor
  • OneControl message
  • touchpad LED state
  • controller revision
  • affected jack position
