Code table
| Code | What the manufacturer says |
|---|---|
| Red LED 2 | Battery Drop Out: battery capacity low enough to drop below 6 V DC while running or a short in switch wiring. |
| Red LED 3 | Low Battery: voltage below 8 V DC at the start of cycle. |
| Red LED 4 | High Battery: voltage greater than 18 volts. |
| Red LED 5 | Excessive Motor Current: high amperage, also indicated by one side of the slide continually stalling. |
| Red LED 6 | Motor Short Circuit: motor or wiring to motor has shorted out. |
| Red LED 8 | Wire Short Between Controller and Motor: encoder is not providing a signal, usually a wiring problem. |
| Red LED 9 | Hall Power Short To Ground: power to encoder has been shorted to ground, usually a wiring problem. |
Do not place hands or tools near moving slide mechanisms. Keep people clear and do not force the slide if current, short, or controller faults appear.
