Use this when a Dometic RUA or RUC refrigerator door or freezer compartment door will not lock, is in airing position, or needs to be secured for travel.
Owner-safe checklist
- Confirm the locking catch is in normal-use position rather than airing position.
- Press the door shut only until it clicks and verify it is secured before travel.
- Do not force damaged latch, hinge, or catch parts; call service for broken hardware.
