Owner-safe checklist
- Turn the cooktop off.
- Record the displayed code plus the model, serial, and stock numbers from the ratings label.
- Contact Suburban Customer Service, the dealer, or qualified RV service.
- Do not use the cooktop again after a repeated internal error until it has been evaluated by service.
