What E7 means
Internal circuit error; Suburban says to contact Suburban Customer Service.
Owner-safe checks
- Turn the cooktop off.
- Record the displayed E7 code and the model, serial, and stock numbers from the ratings label.
- Contact Suburban Customer Service, the dealer, or qualified RV service.
Service-only work
- Opening or attempting to open, modifying, disassembling, repairing, sensor, control, outlet, cord, plug, internal electrical, and power-supply diagnosis is dealer, Suburban Customer Service, qualified RV technician, or electrician work.
Safety boundary
Do not open or attempt to open the cooktop. Stop use after repeated error codes, damaged cord or plug, abnormal heat, or any suspected electrical problem and contact Suburban Customer Service or qualified service.
