The Norcold N8DCX/N10DCX service manual lists power module flash 1 as: Compressor Power Module Battery Protection Cut-Out; voltage is outside the compressor cut-out setting of 9.8-17.0 VDC.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the exact display or LED state.
- Turn the refrigerator off if cooling is interrupted or the fault repeats.
- Move perishables if temperature is unsafe.
