What Red LED 2 means
The Lippert In-Wall Slide-out troubleshooting manual maps Red LED 2 to Battery Drop Out: battery capacity low enough to drop below 6 V DC while running or a short in switch wiring.
Owner-safe checks
- Stop operating the slide.
- Check battery state from an installed monitor.
- Record whether the fault happened during travel or movement.
Service-only work
- Controller reset, motor synchronization, encoder checks, wiring repair, motor service, and manual override should follow Lippert documentation or qualified service.
