The Norcold N15DCX/N20DCX service manual lists E9 as: Fresh-food condenser fan is not operating properly.
Owner-safe checks

Service-only work
- Fresh-food condenser fan, wiring, and control diagnosis should be handled by qualified Norcold service.
Safety boundary
