What CHECK flashing + buzzer means
The Dometic DM/DMA operating manual says that if the burner fails to ignite in gas mode, the CHECK indicator lamp flashes on and off and a buzzer beeps.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the flashing CHECK lamp, buzzer, selected mode, and model.
- Restart the refrigerator once from the front ON/OFF control after waiting five seconds as the manual describes.
- If the CHECK lamp and buzzer return, use another safe front-panel mode if available and arrange service.
Service-only work
- Repeated LP ignition failure, LP hardware, flame-safety, refrigerator control, and recurring CHECK lamp diagnosis are service-only.
Safety boundary
Do not service LP hardware, ignition parts, electrical circuits, or refrigerator controls; use only documented front-panel actions and call qualified service for repeated faults.
