Dometic W19 fault code — Refrigerator

What W19 means
The official Dometic RUC support page lists W19 as a refrigerator fault message. The page explains that warning-type faults reset after the condition clears and error-type faults require manual reset after the cause is corrected.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the exact fault code and take a photo of the display.
- Check only obvious owner-safe conditions such as blocked exterior vents or interrupted RV power.
- Let the condition clear only if cooling and power appear normal.
Service-only work
- Cooling-system, LP, electrical, sensor, control, and repeated-fault diagnosis belongs to an authorized Dometic service provider.
Safety boundary
Do not bypass refrigerator safety controls or work on LP/electrical components. Shut off LP and power if there is gas odor, scorching, abnormal heat, or repeated fault behavior.
