Norcold 11 fault code — Refrigerator

What 11 means

The official Thetford N3000 troubleshooting sheet lists error code 11 as: No energy source is available while control is in AUTO mode.

Owner-safe checks

• Record the exact display wording and whether an audible alarm is present.
• Turn the refrigerator off if cooling is interrupted or the fault repeats.
• Move perishables if temperature is unsafe.

Service-only work

• Energy-source selection, AC/DC/LP supply, and refrigerator control diagnosis should be handled by qualified service if normal source selection does not clear it.

Safety boundary

Do not hand-light, clean burner parts, adjust LP gas, bypass refrigerator controls, or open electrical compartments. Shut off LP if gas odor is present and arrange qualified Norcold service for unresolved faults.
