What d means
The official N62/N82 owner manual lists d as: the door has been open for more than two minutes.
Owner-safe checks
- Close the refrigerator door and let the alarm clear.
- Record the code if the door was already closed or the alarm repeats.
- Move perishables if refrigerator temperature is unsafe.
Service-only work
- Door switch, hinge, latch, and interior-light diagnosis should be handled by qualified service if the code repeats with the door closed.
Safety boundary
Do not hand-light, clean flame parts, adjust LP gas, bypass refrigerator controls, or open electrical compartments. Shut off LP if gas odor is present and arrange qualified Norcold service for unresolved faults.
