Lippert leveling system: FEATURE DISABLED
Most Lippert documentation lists “FEATURE DISABLED” as “Hitch height or zero point setup is missing”. Some model lines word it differently or give it a different meaning: Ground Control LCD 4-point / 6-point (“Hitch recognition, touchpad power cycling, or zero-point setup preventing the feature”).

What you can safely check
- Turn the touchpad off and back on once.
- Record whether zero point has been set before calling service.
- Run only the normal Auto Level sequence if conditions are safe.
- Record whether hitch height or zero point was recently changed.
Stop and call a technician for
- Jack motors, hall sensors, controller placement, harness repair, calibration, homing, high-current wiring, and controller replacement should follow Lippert service procedures.
- Harness checks, fuse checks, controller placement, sensor placement, zero-point calibration, homing, jack service, and motor/controller repairs should be handled by a trained RV technician.
Never use leveling jacks as service stands. Keep people clear of jacks, pinch points, and trailer movement; do not service jack wiring, sensors, motors, or controllers unless qualified.
Operate only with people, pets, and property clear of the trailer and jacks. Do not lift the trailer fully off the ground or use the leveling system for service support.
