What Out Of Stroke means
The Lippert Ground Control LCD troubleshooting manual lists Out Of Stroke as a jack reached maximum stroke or a high-current stall occurred.
Owner-safe checks
- Stop jack movement.
- Relocate the fifth wheel only if safe.
- Keep people clear of the jack area.
Service-only work
- Jack motors, hall sensors, controller placement, harness repair, calibration, homing, high-current wiring, and controller replacement should follow Lippert service procedures.
Safety boundary
Never use leveling jacks as service stands. Keep people clear of jacks and pinch points and do not service jack wiring or motors unless qualified.
