What DC overvoltage > 16 V means
The Dometic RM10 support page lists DC overvoltage above 16 V and says to reduce the DC supply voltage.
Owner-safe checks
- Stop using DC operation if normal RV battery or charger indicators show unusually high voltage.
- Use another normal front-panel energy mode if available and safe.
- Have the RV electrical or charging system checked by qualified service before continuing DC operation.
Service-only work
- DC overvoltage, battery, converter, regulator, wiring, and refrigerator control diagnosis are service-only.
Safety boundary
Do not service LP hardware, electrical circuits, wiring, or refrigerator controls; use only normal front-panel and owner-visible checks and call qualified service for repeated faults.
