What Ground contact, gas valve means
The Dometic RM10 support page lists ground contact at the gas valve and asks which controller is installed.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the exact fault text and controller type before contacting support.
- Stop LP operation and use another normal energy mode if available and safe.
- Call qualified service if the fault remains.
Service-only work
- Gas valve, LP hardware, wiring, and refrigerator control diagnosis are service-only.
Safety boundary
Do not service LP hardware, electrical circuits, wiring, or refrigerator controls; use only normal front-panel and owner-visible checks and call qualified service for repeated faults.
