What No connection between power module and display means
The Dometic RM10 support page says no connection between the power module and display can only be repaired by an authorized service provider.
Owner-safe checks
- Record the fault text, model number, product number, and serial number before contacting support.
- Keep the refrigerator off if cooling performance is uncertain or food temperature is unsafe.
- Contact Dometic, an authorized service provider, or a qualified RV refrigerator technician.
Service-only work
- Power-module, display, wiring, and refrigerator control diagnosis are service-only.
Safety boundary
Do not service LP hardware, electrical circuits, wiring, or refrigerator controls; use only normal front-panel and owner-visible checks and call qualified service for repeated faults.
