What you can safely check

  • Stop using DC operation if overvoltage is suspected from normal RV battery or charger indicators.
  • Use another normal front-panel energy mode if available and safe.
  • Have the RV electrical or charging system checked by qualified service before continuing DC operation.
  • Record the exact fault code and take a photo of the display.
  • Check only owner-safe basics such as RV power state and exterior vent obstruction.
  • Turn the refrigerator off if cooling is abnormal, the alarm repeats, or the same code returns.
  • Record display fault 11 and take a photo of the display.
  • Reset the error once by pressing the encoder button for 3 seconds until a beep is heard.
  • Do not keep holding the encoder button after the reset beep; the page warns that holding too long turns the refrigerator off without resetting the error.

Stop and call a technician for

  • DC overvoltage, battery, converter, regulator, wiring, and refrigerator control diagnosis are service-only.
  • Internal cooling, LP, electrical, sensor, communication, and control diagnosis belongs to an authorized Dometic service provider.
  • A continuing display fault 11 must be handled by an authorized service provider.
  • Internal refrigerator diagnosis, LP hardware, electrical circuits, cooling-system work, wiring, sensors, and control electronics are service-only.

Do not service LP hardware, electrical circuits, wiring, or refrigerator controls; use only normal front-panel and owner-visible checks and call qualified service for repeated faults.

Do not bypass refrigerator safety controls or work on LP/electrical components. Shut off LP and power if there is gas odor, scorching, abnormal heat, or repeated fault behavior.

Do not service refrigerator LP hardware, electrical circuits, wiring, sensors, cooling components, or control electronics; use only the front-panel reset and arrange qualified service if the fault remains or returns.

Write this down before you call

  • Interior data label model, product number, serial number
  • Front display code or lamp state photo
  • Power module/display board part number if service requests it
  • RUA model label
