Lippert En fault code — Water heater

What En means
The Lippert Girard GSWH-2 owner manual lists En as system timer because the water heater ran longer than 20 minutes.
Owner-safe checks
- Turn the hot-water faucet off and back on once to clear the long-run timer if the manual reset applies.
- Reduce continuous hot-water demand and record whether water was left running.
- Record the code, set temperature, displayed temperature, and faucet state.
- Contact Lippert/Girard or a qualified technician if En returns during normal use.
Service-only work
- Internal sensor, ignition, flame-sense, ECO, blower, pressure-switch, linear-valve, wiring, gas, and controller diagnosis is qualified service work.
Safety boundary
The Girard GSWH-2 is an LP gas tankless water heater. Shut the heater off for gas odor, overheating, leaks, blocked exhaust, or repeated faults and use Lippert/Girard or qualified RV service.
