What red flash 1 means
The manual maps Flash Code 1 to a problem relating to the AC heater.
Owner-safe checks
- Turn the refrigerator off.
- Record the red flash count and operating mode.
Service-only work
- AC heater diagnosis is not owner serviceable and should go to an authorized Norcold Service Center.
Safety boundary
Do not bypass refrigerator controls, flame-sense devices, high-temperature protection, LP components, or electrical circuits. Shut off LP and power if there is gas odor, flame abnormality, overheating, or repeated fault behavior.
