Norcold solid red fault code — Refrigerator

What solid red means
The refrigerator tried to operate on the selected energy source with no success.
Owner-safe checks
- Turn the refrigerator off and back on once.
- Record whether AC, LP, or auto mode was selected.
- Stop if the refrigerator still does not cool or the indicator returns solid red.
Service-only work
- LP supply, pressure, refrigerator gas shutoff, cooling, and control diagnosis belongs to a dealer or authorized Norcold Service Center.
Safety boundary
Do not bypass refrigerator controls, flame-sense devices, high-temperature protection, LP components, or electrical circuits. Shut off LP and power if there is gas odor, flame abnormality, overheating, or repeated fault behavior.
