The manual maps Flash Code 4 to a refrigerator-controls fault.
Owner-safe checks
- Turn the refrigerator off.
- Record the red flash count and model group.
Service-only work
- Refrigerator-control faults are not owner serviceable and should go to an authorized Norcold Service Center.
Safety boundary
Do not bypass refrigerator controls, flame-sense devices, high-temperature protection, LP components, or electrical circuits. Shut off LP and power if there is gas odor, flame abnormality, overheating, or repeated fault behavior.
